Every flyer and door hanger distribution campaign is very important to us at RunAmplify.
The following 8 processes are methods we follow to ensure the best outcome for each campaign:
Live GPS tracking with time stamps
Our competitive advantage for the industry is our GPS solution to flyer and door hanger distribution.
Our distributors are equipped with the latest tech to track their location throughout the day, while providing insight to their timed movement throughout the day.
GPS data is pulled through the distributors mobile phone with satellite pings.
At the end every campaign, RunAmplify provides a complete GPS report with sample photos from the distributors work.
No incentive pay
Distributors understand prior to their engagement the strict hourly structure of pay.
Distributors will receive payment based on the number of hours logged with our GPS technology to help discourage poor work, including rushed delivery, misplaced flyers or door hangers.
Sample photos
Distributors are required to submit sample photos every hour of work to provide us a visual of their work.
This reinforces proper distribution by showcasing the placement of the print material.
Time logs to verify route
In conjunction to GPS route data, timestamps and time logs help confirm the true performance of the distributors work.
That is, a distributor has a predetermined estimate of time it will take to complete their run.
For example, for a door to door distribution campaign, a distributor is expected to take a full days work of 8 hours to complete a distribution run 800-1200 flyers, on average.
Vetted Distributor
In most markets, our distributors are staffed via a local staffing agency to help supply additional labor.
The staffing agencies will conduct their own vetting, background checks, occupational and general liability insurance.
This help reinforce qualified distributors for the work.
Prepped Distributor
Following the distributors on boarding process with the staffing agency, our team at RunAmplify will provide a double confirmation process to ensure distributors completely understand our rules and guidelines.
Distributors are provided with complete instructions prior to an engagement and must confirm they understand.
Peer Review
In large flyer and door hanger distribution campaigns, distributors will work in clusters or group to help motivate a positive environment while keeping an eye on one another.
We believe teamwork will reinforce good behavior and positive work ethic.
Distributor Feedback
At the end of each shift, distributors are required to report a completed distribution run and shift. If any flyers or door hangers remain, they are to be reported and completed on the next available shift.
In summary,
GPS tech and sample photos help provide a clear visual as to how a distribution is conducted to ensure guaranteed delivery.
Furthermore, by implementing a no incentive policy and a peer to peer network, our distributors are reinforced with good behavior and proper distribution.
However, just as USPS or Amazon may have human errors in lost packages or household incidentals, on rare incidents, there may be an error to account for with your direct to door distribution.
Our team will review all logs and GPS data corresponding to your report of any incidentals.
The incidental address and contact information will be requested to help verify and confirm the fault.
Once confirmed, RunAmplify will take necessary steps to help remedy the issue.
All together, the team at RunAmplify strive for a complete distribution to earn your repeat business.
